x8bd Terms & Conditions

§ 01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and x8bd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the x8bd website, mobile web application, and all associated services, including but not limited to cricket betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, fishing games, crash games, and payment processing facilities.

By registering an account, accessing any game or betting market, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the x8bd Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

x8bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, x8bd will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-screen notification. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English and govern the relationship between x8bd and all players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, in-game text, or customer support communication, these Terms shall prevail.

§ 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the x8bd Platform is strictly restricted to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

x8bd applies age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to confirm your age and identity before your first withdrawal is processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Birth registration certificate (where NID is not yet issued)
• Any government-issued photo identification accepted at our compliance team's discretion

x8bd reserves the right to suspend any account where a reasonable suspicion of underage gambling exists, pending verification. If verification confirms that the player is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited in full.

In addition to the age requirement, you must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of x8bd is lawful in your jurisdiction. x8bd makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations.

§ 03 Account Registration

To access betting markets, casino games, or any other real-money features of x8bd, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address, a mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a date of birth.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active x8bd account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If x8bd detects duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be held pending investigation, and any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x8bd username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. x8bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor SMS OTP authentication, which is available to all registered users from the account security settings page. x8bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Accurate Information: You must notify x8bd promptly if any information associated with your account changes — in particular your mobile number, email address, or payment method details. You may update your account information from your profile settings page or by contacting [email protected]. x8bd reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any time.

Account Activity: An x8bd account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. x8bd will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce your account balance below zero. Details of any applicable dormancy fee are available on request from [email protected].

§ 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

x8bd supports a range of payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction in your account cashier.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on x8bd is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though transaction limits imposed by your mobile wallet provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad daily transaction caps) will apply independently of x8bd's own limits.

Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your x8bd account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. x8bd applies this same-method policy to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 10–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

Identity Verification Before Withdrawal: x8bd is required to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. You will be prompted to submit KYC documentation at the appropriate time. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of your first withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. x8bd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in your name. Any attempt to process a payment through a third-party account will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

• All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳).
• x8bd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• x8bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction that triggers an internal compliance review.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by a player outside x8bd's dispute resolution process will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

§ 05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

x8bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, the welcome deposit bonus (up to ৳20,000), weekly reload bonuses, BPL cricket cashback offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register an account and make their first qualifying deposit via bKash or Nagad are eligible for the x8bd welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated on the welcome bonus promotion page at the time of opt-in. The wagering requirement must be met within the specified validity period, which will also be stated on the promotion page.

General Bonus Terms: The following conditions apply to all x8bd bonuses unless the specific promotion page explicitly states otherwise:

1. Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
2. Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
3. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
4. x8bd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by the player.
5. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or placing bets designed to exploit low-risk wagering patterns — will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.
6. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements have been met in full.
7. x8bd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any active bonus where it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed in error or in breach of these Terms.

§ 06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on x8bd, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any manner that is fraudulent, abusive, harmful to other users, or detrimental to the integrity of x8bd's services.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using material non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in connection with any attempt to fix or manipulate the outcome of any match or game.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI betting engines, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with games on the Platform without the express written consent of x8bd.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, bug, or glitch in the Platform's software or games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are void and will be reclaimed by x8bd.
• Money laundering: Using x8bd as a channel to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means. x8bd applies anti-money laundering procedures in accordance with applicable compliance standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward x8bd staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair edge in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format available on x8bd.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed and used on the Platform.

x8bd employs fraud detection, risk management, and game integrity monitoring systems that operate continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, x8bd reserves the right to place a hold on your account and any associated withdrawal requests while an investigation is conducted. x8bd will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

§ 07 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your x8bd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the final withdrawal to process. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion: x8bd offers a self-exclusion programme as part of its responsible gaming commitment. You may request a self-exclusion period of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years by contacting [email protected] or using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. For more information, see the Responsible Gaming page.

Closure by x8bd: x8bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Confirmed underage access
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or match fixing
• Abusive conduct toward x8bd staff or other players
• Any activity that x8bd determines, in its reasonable judgement, poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or operational risk to the Platform

Where an account is closed by x8bd for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed by x8bd without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's payment method in full.

§ 08 Limitation of Liability

x8bd provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While x8bd makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available, accurate, and free from errors at all times, x8bd does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components
• The information on the Platform (including odds, game results, and account balances) will always be accurate and up to date in real time
• Any specific game or betting market will be available at any given time

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x8bd's aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x8bd account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x8bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if x8bd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict x8bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Force Majeure: x8bd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond x8bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, telecommunications infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, or national emergencies in Bangladesh.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through x8bd's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
